Vineet Raina was born on 13 August 1985 in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. He is 37 years old (as of 2022). His zodiac sign is Leo. He completed his primary schooling from his hometown. Afetr that, he took admission in collegeto complete his Bachelor of Commerce degree from JK and Computer Engineering degree.

Vineet Raina likes to keep a low-key and hence, his family details are unknown in depth. His mother’s name is Shailey Raina. However, he has two brothers as siblings. He was married to actress Tanushri Kaushal in May 2009. However, they were separated and got divorced in 2011.

Career

After obtaining his computer science degree, Vineet worked at Maruti Udyog in Srinagar. He wasn’t satisfied with his work there and quit the job to pursue acting as a career. He started as an actor with the television serial Tum Bin Jaaoon Kahaan in 2004. Later he has acted in many television daily soap-opera such as Maayka, Lapataganj, Udaan, Kaala Teeka, Meri Gudiya etc. He also appeared in Nach Baliye 4, a TV show with his wife, Tanushree Kaushal as a contestant.

In 2020, he appeared ina negative role as, Rahu, in the serial Meri Gudiya. Recently, he was seen in a lead role of Paramjeet Singh Gill in the serial Choti Sardaarni. This show aired on Colors TV.

In 2006, he made his debut in the Bollywood industry with the film Janani. In the film, he played the lead role of Rahul. The film was Produced by ‘Ultra Distributors Pvt Ltd. In 2019, he appeared the film The Sholay Girl.  The film was released on ZEE5 Premium OTT Platform.

Apart from this, he has also been seen the web series titled, Kasak in 2020. For this series, he got nominated in the ‘’Best Actor’’ award Category for ‘’Filmfare OTT Awards 2020’’ for Critically acclaimed performance. The story of the series is based on the true incident, which released on ‘’ULLU’’ OTT platform.
