Early life, family and education of Swami Chakrapani

Swami Chakrapani was born in Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh. Also, He always remains in discussions about his rhetoric. Moreover, Chakrapani completed his early education in his hometown of Ghazipur. Then, he studied only till class VIII, after which he left his studies.

Career

Swami Chakrapani came out after a few years claiming that he was the president of the Akhil Bhartiya Hindu Mahasabha. He then talked about buying the properties of wanted criminal Dawood Ibrahim and converting them into public toilets. This matter made him the subject of discussion in the media for the first time.

Afterward, in 2015, Swami had made a successful bid for the car of criminal Dawood Ibrahim. Then, he bought Dawood’s car for just 32000. He also tried to convert this car into an ambulance in Mumbai itself. However, the henchmen of Dawood Company threatened him to be prepared to face the dire consequences. Afterward, he took that car to Ghaziabad and burnt it on the road in front of everyone.

Afterward, in 2016, he started to receive death threats from Dawood and Chota Shakeel. Hence, the central government provided him with Z-category security. He has also made many such controversial statements, about which he remains in the headlines continuously.

Recently, Swami Chakrapani is on the headlines as he appeared as a contestant in MX Player and Alt Balaji’s reality show Lock Upp (2022). This show’ is also India’s most controversial show, claimed by the host, Kangana Ranaut.

In 2018, amid the Kerala floods, Swami Chakrapani made a controversial statement. In an interview, he said,

“I am also appealing for help in Kerala. But help should be given to those who respect nature and creatures. When roti was available to people in Kerala, they were slaughtering the cow to eat her meat. So, I mean that Hindus should help those who avoid cow meat; those trying to hurt the Hindu religion by deliberating eating cows and slaughtering them on the road should not be forgiven. People who eat beef should not receive any help. If they have to be provided for help, they should be asked to sign a pledge that they would never eat beef in the future.”

Some sections of society did not like his statement. Later, someone also hacked the official website of Hindu Mahasabha and uploaded a recipe of spicy beef curry on the website.

In 2018, he also sent a defamation notice of Rs. 11 crores against the three office-bearers of Akhara Parishad for listing him in the fake babas list.

When the coronavirus pandemic hit the nation in 2020, Swami also passed a statement in the media that coronavirus was an avatar to punish the non-vegetarians. As a solution, he also suggested people to drink gamut (cow’s urine). Afterward, he also organized a gaumutra party attended by a large no. of people. For this act, some people also mocked him. Moreover, many criticized him for such a lame attitude towards a pandemic.
