Shivangi Joshi was born on 18 May 1998. Her birthplace is Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. Joshi belongs to the Hindu Family and also she is very close to her parents and grandfather.

Shivangi attended Pine Hall School, Dehradun whereas she did her graduation in B.A from hometown Dehradun. In addition, she was interested in acting and dancing and wanted to become an actress since her childhood. When Shivangi was in school, she used to participates in many dance competitions on the National level.

Relationships

Shivangi dated her co-star Mohsin Khan. She first met him on the sets of ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’.

In December 2022, it was rumored that Shivangi was dating Randeep Rai. Randeep is her co-star from Balika Vadhu 2.

Career

Shivangi Joshi started her acting career in 2015 with the TV serial ‘Khelti Hai Zindagi Aankh Micholi’. Then, Joshi appeared in many daily TV serials like ‘Beintehaa’, ‘Love By Chance’, ‘Begusarai’, ‘Yeh Hai Aashiqui’, ‘Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya’, etc. Afterwards, she participated in ‘Box Cricket League’ (BCL- season 2) in 2016. Currently, Shivangi is a part of the TV serial ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’.

In addition to acting, Joshi also worked in many TVC ads and modelling assignments. She also appeared in music videos like Humnava, Ashiqui, Teri Ada.

She also appeared on Jab We Matched web series aired on Amazon Mini Tv. This series is released on 10 February 2023.

In between the year 2017-2018, Shivangi Joshi received Star Parivaar Awards in the categories of ‘Favourite Patni & Jodi’. Also, she won Gold Awards in another category of ‘Best Debut Female’ & ‘Best Jodi’ for the TV serial ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’.
