Career

Nyra started her career in 2009. She made her film debut in 2009 with a Telugu comedy film Aa Okkadu which was a moderate success. In 2020, she was featured in three Telugu films but non of them were successful. In 2012, she did a Bollywood film named Kamaal Dhamaal Malamaal. After that, she got featured in many Telugu and Hindi films.

In 2015, she was seen in the film Temper which was directed by Puri Jagannadh. This film was very successful and for which she was critically appreciated. She then appeared in two Tamil films, Serndhu Polama and Aambal. She also assisted director Tony D’Souza for his film Azhar. In 2017, she appeared in a Kannada film Tiger and played the role of Gowri.

In 2007, she made her debut on Television industry. She portrayed the role of Shalu in one episode of Ssshhhh…Phir Koi Hai. After that, in 2019, she played the role of Divya in Star Plus’s Divya Drishti. Currently, she is playing the lead role of Rani/Pishachini in the TV serial Pishachini.
