Early Life of Khushi Shaikh

When Khushi Shaikh was born, he was a eunuch child. In spite of this, his parents were very happy that at least they have their first child. However, for some years the family hides about the eunuch child and made people believe that the boy was born.

Khushi grew up and also started going to school. His parents send him to an English medium school in Mumbai. Although, in the school, his parents wrote boy as his gender. In school, Khushi found it strange that every child and teacher used to treat him like a boy but he wanted to live like a girl and also want all kinds of attention that a girl gets.

But, after some time when Khushi grew up and tries to understand things, she get to know that she was this eunuch. When she was in 5th standard, the whole school got to know about Khushi being a eunuch. Although, this results in discrimination.

Then after the 10th standard, Khushi leaves his studies.

Because of Khushi, her whole family is facing problems. He has a younger sister, who is 10 years younger than her and at that phase, he has also lost his father. Hence, his father died.

Due to the death of his father, there was no member in his family who can earn. That’s why Khushi’s family is also coming into Poverty. So, Khushi decided to take responsibility for his family and also run his house. She started begging.

One day, when she was begging, a eunuch saw her. He asked the reason for begging. Khushi told him the whole situation. Although, he is a Judge of Lok Adalat, whose name is Salma Khan. Salma also runs a social organization trust where every people no matter whether they are male, female or transgender gets helped.

After hearing Khushi’s situation Salma called Khushi along with her entire family to Mumbra. Mumbra is a place where many transgenders live and got respect from each other. Khushi and his family started living there, and over there their life became much easier.

Although, Khushi started her career in Modeling. In the field of Modeling, Khushi faces many difficulties in starting but she didn’t give up and continues focusing on her aim. Due to her aim, today she is India’s Top Transgender model. She is India’s number one model for almost 12 years.
