Ankit Singh was born on August 31 in Bayanpur, Sonipat, Haryana, commonly known as Ankit Baiyanpuria. He comes from a middle-class family where both his mother and father work outside the home as farmers. Ankit attended Government High School in Bayanpur Lahrara to finish his academic work up to the tenth grade.

From 2013 to 2015, he pursued the 11th and 12th grades in the Arts stream at the Government Senior Secondary School in Model Town, Sonipat. Later, he applied to and was accepted into the Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) programme at Rohtak’s Maharshi Dayanand University (MDIJ). Ankit eventually changed his work path, though, and became a social media influencer.

Ankit Baiyanpuria started his YouTube career by uploading Haryanvi comedy videos on his channel, “Haryanvi Khagad.” But following the COVID-19 lockout, he changed the focus of his material to fitness-related subjects, including diets and exercises. He changed his YouTube channel’s name as a consequence to “Ankit Baiyanpuria.”

Ankit’s main focus is on traditional wrestling exercises, which include sprinting, rope climbing, and sapate (Hindu wrestling burpees). In his village, he works out under the direction of his coach, Krishan Pahalwan.

Five daily tasks make up this challenge: taking a progress selfie, following a strict diet plan without alcohol or cheat meals, drinking one gallon of water, reading ten pages of non-fiction material, and finishing two 45-minute workout sessions, one of which must be done outside regardless of the weather.
