Abhinav was born on 27 September 1982 in Ludhiana, Punjab. He is 40 years old (as of 2022). His zodiac sign is Virgo. He completed his primary schooling from Guru Nanak Public School, Ludhiana. After that, he took admission in Lala Lajpat Rai Institute of Engineering and Technology, Moga, Punjab to complete his graduation.

His father’s name is K.K. Shukla. He is an Entomologist by profession. His mother’s name is Radha Shukla. She is a Teacher by profession. He also has an elder brother who is a Naval officer.

Abhinav got married to her long time girlfriend Rubina Dilaik on 21 June 2018 in Shimla. Rubina is an actress by profession. They both also appeared on the famous reality show Bigg Boss 14 as contestants.

Biography

Career

Abhinav started his career as an actor. He was first seen in Jersey No. 10 in 2007. Later, he played the role of Shantanu in Colors TV’s Jaane Kya Baat Hui in 2008. After that, he played Vikram in Zee TV’s serial Chotti Bahu. Shukla was also a part of the show Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai where he played the role of Dr Manan. In January 2012, he participated in the show Survivor India but unfortunately got eliminated in episode 21. In 2012, he portrayed the role of Sumer in Zee TV’s serial Hitler Didi.

Abhinav made a cameo appearance in Zee TV’s show Badalte Rishton Ki Dastaan in 2012. He made his Bollywood debut with the film Roar: Tigers of the Sundarbans opposite Nora Fatehi. In 2018 he played the negative role in the show Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka. In 2019, he was featured in the film Luka Chuppi which released in March. He also participated in the show Khatra Khatra Khatra.

In 2020, he appeared in the reality show on Colors TV named Bigg Boss 14 as a contestant along with his wife Rubina Dilaik . But, unfortunately, he got evicted on Day 130. Later in 2021, he also appeared as a contestant in the game show Khatron Ke Khiladi 11.
